The terms and conditions outlined herein establish your agreement with Billingshurst Airport Minicab. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as presented in this agreement.
Billingshurst Airport Minicab, referred to as “we” or “us,” denotes the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company making a reservation with us.
3.1 Ensure sufficient time is allocated for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Billingshurst Airport Minicab is not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the scheduled pick-up time.
3.2 Order a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage. No assurance is given for carrying excessive luggage. Children, irrespective of age, are considered individual passengers.
3.3 Request wheelchair access during the booking process.
3.1 Our quotation, based on information provided by you, excludes VAT unless specified. We reserve the right to modify the quote in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in our quote. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate. Flight delays will be accommodated where possible but are not obligatory.
3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy upon acceptance. Failure to notify discrepancies absolves Billingshurst Airport Minicab of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment methods include cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passengers are responsible for the behavior of all on-board. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.
4.3 Ensure appropriate restraint for children based on height, weight, and age.
4.4 Compliance with passenger limits defined by licensing or insurance is mandatory.
5.1 Notify Billingshurst Airport Minicab promptly for cancellations to avoid charges. Post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on driver time and distance covered.
5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment.
6.1 While efforts will be made to ensure a punctual arrival, Billingshurst Airport Minicab is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No liability for losses incurred by you or your business is accepted under any circumstances.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a breakdown, alternative transportation will be arranged promptly.
6.4 You indemnify Billingshurst Airport Minicab against expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse bookings immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Billingshurst Airport Minicab may subcontract obligations. You cannot assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Billingshurst Airport Minicab, with changes applied to this page. Review regularly for awareness of applicable changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Information is processed per the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the full agreement between Billingshurst Airport Minicab and yourself.
8.5 No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this timeframe will not be entertained by Billingshurst Airport Minicab.
